Sensing edges | Profiles and transmission
The profile must allow sufficient deformation travel for the door to stop. Validate resistance, interface, diagnostics and wiring with the control.
Controller for 8k2 resistive safety bands and optical safety bands. With its 2 channels, it ensures continuous supervision of the security system and locks it if necessary.
The MF2020 is a column photocell designed to safeguard all types of industrial doors (sectional, rapid doors and rolling grilles) up to a maximum width of 10 meters.
The emitter and receiver create a grid of infrared beams offering protection up to 2.5 meters high.
This photocell has three operating modes: Static, Sequential and Sequential for transparent tarpaulins.
1425mm | 1825mm | 2225mm | 2625mm
1 – SEQUENTIAL MODE The photocell can differentiate between an interruption caused by an object and the movement of the door. For this mode to work correctly, the door must be opaque.
Plug-in receiver linking MX14 safety devices to compatible Motorline control boards. The manufacturer specifies two channels and up to two MX14 units per channel.
Practical and easy-to-install receiver module, with connectors that fit directly into the control board – no manual connections required. Supports up to two MX14 per channel (two channels), offering an efficient and versatile solution for ROSSO PRO, MC93-300 and MC415 control boards.
The MMR15 continuously receives signals from the MX14 emitters, which monitor the status of the safety edges, whether they are 8.2 kΩ resistive or OSE.
In case of pressure, damage or cable cut, the MX14 sends an alert to the MMR15, which can interrupt or reverse the movement of the door or gate, depending on the channel used. This ensures a fast and effective response, reinforcing the security of the system.
Intuitive programming Programming the MMR15 is intuitive and done directly on the display of the control board where it is installed, allowing you to easily manage the MX14 emitters. It is also possible to adjust the detection position of the safety edge, avoiding unnecessary activations when the rubber touches the ground.

Wireless link between an MX14 transmitter and MR14 receiver for safety devices. MX14 supports an 8K2 resistive edge and a dry contact as described in the instructions.
The MX14 is a transmitter that communicates wirelessly with the MR14 receiver, up to 100m in the open field, powered by batteries or rechargeable batteries by solar panel. It allows the connection of 8k2 safety edges and safety device of dry contact, or the use of an accelerometer. When any of the connected devices is activated, this transmitter sends a signal to the MR14 receiver.
The MR14 receiver is a wireless receiver for management of various transmitters MX14. When receiving information from the transmitter, it communicates with the automation control board through cable, to be given order to stop or reverse the automation.
