Responsible party and contact
Control Access Distribution is the controller for processing received requests. Requests are handled by Mr Daniel Magnier and Control Access Distribution employees authorised to respond.
Prepare and send a quotation request
Entered references, quantities and contact details prepare a summary in your browser. The site does not automatically send this request. You decide whether to send it from your own email application to cad@controlaccessdistri.com. Name and email address are required to prepare a request that allows a reply; company, telephone and project details are optional.
Request a callback
On the online version, the ‘Request a callback’ form sends the entered number to cad@controlaccessdistri.com so Control Access Distribution can call you back. This request does not subscribe you to a prospecting list. The local PC version states that sending will be enabled on publication and sends no message.
The number is not retained in browser session storage. A technical session and anti-abuse checks are provided for the online form. Received emails are handled by authorised Control Access Distribution staff.
Use of received emails
Contact details, product references and project information are used to respond to your request, clarify requirements and prepare a quotation. For a person requesting a quotation in their own name, necessary processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at their request. For a contact representing a business, management of professional contact details is based on Control Access Distribution's legitimate interest in responding to the request and maintaining the professional relationship. This request does not automatically subscribe you to a prospecting list.
Retention of requests without an order
Quote requests that do not lead to an order are retained for 12 months after the last exchange relating to the request. This rule covers requests without orders; orders, invoices and documents subject to other retention obligations are outside this period. Email management is the responsibility of Control Access Distribution; the site does not automatically delete messages from the mailbox.
Your selection in this tab
Only lines selected for the quotation are stored in the tab's session storage. Contact details and free text are not saved by the site in this storage. A selection more than twelve hours old is removed at the next load. The ‘Clear selection’ button removes it immediately. Restoring a tab can extend a browser session.
Documents and services
The local PDF reader opens the document you choose without transmitting it. External documentation links open at your request and are governed by their source websites. No professional account, payment, advertising tool, remote map or remote font is activated in this version. No audience measurement tool is added to the site files. The site provides no password login.
OVHcloud hosting
The site is hosted by OVH SAS (OVHcloud), 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. OVHcloud documents a technical SERVER ID cookie to keep the session on one hosting server, lasting less than 24 hours. OVHcloud also states that anonymised, aggregated visit statistics are provided by default. These hosting services are separate from the selection stored in your tab.
Technical logs and service providers — item to complete
OVHcloud provides raw access and error logs for hosting operation and security. The exact log retention period, along with arrangements and any transfers involving hosting and email providers, remain to be confirmed before final opening. This preparation version does not present any unverified duration as established.
Your rights
You can write to cad@controlaccessdistri.com to exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and restriction under the GDPR. Depending on the processing basis, you may also request data portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with CNIL at www.cnil.fr.
