Understand the product and prepare your project
The KVM 300 Series range automates sectional doors up to 40m², combining robustness, security and silent operation. Available in the versions KVM305 and KVM310 (36V, compatible with backup batteries) and KVM315 (with high torque for heavy doors), it integrates a brushless motor with absolute encoder, guaranteeing maximum precision and low maintenance requirements.
The brushless motor (BLDC) guarantees high efficiency, long life and low heat, integrating an absolute encoder for precise movements and reliable positioning. With soft start and stop, it reduces mechanical effort and ensures silent operation. The reinforced torque of the KVM315 version moves heavy doors with stability, even in intensive use, while the KVM305/KVM310 at 36 V versions allow for backup batteries in the event of a power failure. Brushless, it requires less maintenance and minimises mechanical wear.
MC94-300 (KVM305 and KVM310) or MC95-300 (KVM315) internal power control board responsible for managing the motor, supplying the energy needed for it to work and ensuring communication with the control board MC93-300.
