Multitechnology Wiegand credential reader

Reader combining 125 kHz and 13,56 MHz frequencies, with support for the HID 125 kHz format published by ACIE. Its Wiegand output is configurable from 26 to 58 bits. It has red/green visual signalling and a 12 to 24 V supply.
